The proposal was to
Re-construct the existing 30-year-old brownfield site with existing flats into the new high-rise flats.
The flats sit on the bank of the Sabarmati River in Ahmedabad, India. The building is staggered horizontally as well as having variations in number of floors vertically.
It is designed in such a way that all the units have a facing view of the river, which makes it the topmost selling point of the project.
Horizontally the flats have 8 units on a single floor from 2 Bed to up to 4 Bed Duplex. Vertically blocks are incrementing in height from 14 floors in front to 20 floors at the back giving each unit an opulent living space and views.
